Returns:
- You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any eligible items.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@dimensionlabs.in with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days from the date we receive the returned item.

- If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
